New Paradise Harbor Realtor Gate Code Policies

(I) Realtors with a current listing in PH will be issued their individual gate code when requested. They are to use these codes individually and/or to grant access to Buyer’s agents who wish to show/preview listings.

(II) These codes are only good from 7Am to 7PM and will be changed approximately every 6 months and their old codes will be archived.. example March 30th, Sept 30th subject to a return email from the Realtors answering qualifying questions.

(e) The code you are being given is assigned to you and it is only to be used to benefit the Seller of the home you are listing?
